ANTI-AGING MATCHA LATTE RECIPE
- 1 tsp. Ceremonial grade organic matcha (antioxidants, detoxifying, weight loss, focus, clarity, full of vitamins, minerals)
-1 tsp. MCT oil (cognitive health, energy, and stamina)
- 1 tsp. Organic Lucuma Powder (Antioxidant, blood sugar regulation, heart health, rich in vitamins, minerals)
- 1tsp Gelatinized Maca Powder (Energy, endurance, libido, lowering blood pressure, focus, memory, mood booster, balancing hormones)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (I love raw almond butter -trader joes would do it or Chocolatree from Sedona is my personal favorite, they ship)
- collagen if you use (only grass fed) - (improves skin, hair, nails, joins, prevents bone loss, great for heart health, gut health, weight loss)
- 3 oz Milk ( I like raw grass fed milk, coconut or pea milk )
- 3-8 drops of Stevia, my favorite Sweet Leaf English toffee flavor or Vanilla😊 , MonkFruit, or Lokanto (these sweeteners don’t spike the blood sugar)
- 1cup of hot water (not boiling- to preserve antioxidants from precious matcha powder)
-reishi mashrooms power (immunity, virus defense)
⁃ pinch of Himalayan salt
To make it “dirty” 😄 I add
-raw cocoa nibs (super antioxidant, energy, brain health)
Blended all in blender for 20-30 sec.
Its veeeeery nutritious!!!
