3. Payments & Refunds

All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any completed or missed consultations. By purchasing a session, you acknowledge this policy.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

We honor your time and ask the same in return. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice by emailing luba@synergywoman.com.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered used and are non-refundable.
