1. Services & Consultations – No Refunds

Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in every consultation or service, all sales are final once a session or service is booked.

This includes:

  • 1:1 consultations

  • Virtual sessions

  • Wellness concierge packages

  • Practitioner referrals or collaborations

Everyone is unique, and results may vary based on your body, lifestyle, and level of implementation. By purchasing any service or consultation, you agree to take full responsibility for your experience and acknowledge that no outcomes are guaranteed.


2. Affiliate Products – Not Sold by Me

I also share and recommend products and tools through affiliate partnerships. These are products I personally use, trust, and believe can support your wellness goals.

However, I do not manufacture, fulfill, or ship any of these products directly. If you purchase a product through an affiliate link or use one of my affiliate discount codes:

  • All refunds, returns, exchanges, or shipping issues must be handled directly with the brand or retailer from which you made your purchase.

  • I am not responsible for customer service or product support on any third-party items.

If you need help contacting a brand or locating their return policy, feel free to reach out and I’ll point you in the right direction—but I cannot issue refunds on their behalf.


3. Digital Products

Any free or paid downloadable digital products (such as PDFs, guides, or programs) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. These are considered consumed upon delivery and therefore not eligible for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
