This is a great program to reboot the system and establish new habits. We will typically talk and assess what’s happening in the body (mental, physical, and energetic levels) We will order a few lab tests and develop a plan that you can easily follow to correct the issue. Areas of focus we work on are our energy, metabolism, hormones, sleep, nurturing the nervous system, proper detoxification, or any limitation you are currently experiencing. You are going to have bi-weekly sessions with me via Zoom or in-person to keep you accountable in the healing process.
Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to become an ongoing client at a discounted rate.
